Looks like all the haters and doubters of Jamie will crawl back into their holes. There was no hate. I doubted him because of his lack of info. He added nothing to the table that we didn't already know, which kinda made his post redundant. That's is all.

None of these comparisons mean anything. Remember people comparing Wigwam to All Around The World and A day in the life? I don't expect TDOYAM to sound too much like Oasis, so TIOBI and HHL are probably just the songs it's the closest to. That being said, I'm not a fan of TIOBI. Just can't see why everybody's loving it so much. Let's not forget people comparing The Beat Goes On with The Masterplan and people crying when they first heard I'm Outta Time. ;D

So excited! GOYHHL has a very cool vibe and sound to it, and is better than it really should be, in all fairness. That being said, I very much doubt we're in for a HHL 2.0. The vibe may be the same, though, who knows. Looking forward to this.

I'm surprised we're getting the video already, but that's pretty awesome news. All signs are pointing to this being an impressive debut. Can't believe we're only a few days away. I will be sure to use the bathroom at 3:15am Monday to avoid any potential accidents at 3:20. Yeah, I was a bit conservative on where this single might chart. But now, if it gets the airplay that I think it will get, then I think the single may now chart extremely well when it comes out. I'm increasing my prediction to Top 10, Top 5 depending how good the song really is. With respect, top five? With the airplay a month before the release, almost nowhere to buy the physical single and no Oasis massive buying singles just for the b-side? Sadly those days are over - but I'd happily eat my life sized Noel Gallagher cut out if I'm wrong.

Sadly those days are over - but I'd happily eat my life sized Noel Gallagher cut out if I'm wrong. I know that it sound like a stretch. But I'm figuring that The Roller probably would have been really close to a Top 10 if Beady Eye had actually done a proper release, instead of staggering their release dates. I automatically expect Noel's single to be close to the Top 10. No matter when it comes out, the hardcore fans in the UK will buy it. So when it comes out, doesn't really matter. The thing I'm banking on, are the casual fans. It seemed like a lot of casual fans deserted Beady Eye. I think many of them will come back for Noel. Now of course, the casual fans are more likely to just download and not buy the single when it does come out. But if the song is as good as we all (or some of us) think it will be (which is why I wrote "it depends on the strength of the song"), then I think that there will be enough causal fans who will buy it and pull it within the Top 10, close to the Top 5.
