People are always going to vote for the album coming sooner with the way you phrased the question. Perhaps "Which album do you think will be better" would get a more fair vote.

Flying Birds should be more classic Noel, so I went for that.

do we think the AA could be a remix of this album??? there were rumours that management wasnt happy at first so maybe noel has re done the songs to be more listenable for radio??

That was from sourmashmusic.
I think it's more likely that Noel planned 2 albums all along. But who would have guessed that?
It always confused me that both Sardy and AA were producing.

This thread is pretty meaningless at this point in time, because we have no idea what either album will sound like.
Are we voting based on who we think will be a better producer for Noel?

He slept and worked. The part-time fan! Still at work now. But I always check the forum at my lunch time, whereas I catch up with the news and politics in the morning. Hence I have joined late. And it sucks. Do you know how much of a hassle it is to read countless threads and pages?

AA. If I wanna hear "classic" Noel, go put on The Masterplan. My take is that, the first album is what the suits deem more commercial friendly. The second album is what Noel probably really wanted to put out.

And yet people have an opinion You have to have 1 you are looking forward to more than the other I honestly don't. Only because these are nothing more than names to me. There's too many variables. We have the High Flying Birds album, where we know some of the tracks in demo form, but who knows what direction Noel decided to take them in. They could be all acoustic or feature a ukelele now for all we know. And then we have the AA produced album, which we really know nothing about except that it has 18 tracks on it and will come out next year. I'm just assuming both albums will pleasantly surprise me.

Something more straigforward or something a bit wilder. It's just in theory. There is no right or wrong. Why overthink? It changes nothing.

Flying Birds, feel pretty intimidated by the sound of the AA collaboration at the moment

Amonganous Blamongious does nothing for me tbh, it's so contrived.

I anticipate the first one more as I am familiar with some of the songs and desperately want to hear their finished versions, but I'm equally excited by both. After all, how much one anticipates does not equate to how good it will be...
