I'm very excited about this. I am actually off tomorrow.
11:45 AM is the confirmed time. What time CNT would that be for the USA?
Really looking forward to the press release.
This is what I think will go down tomorrow.
1. We'll get an album title, album artwork
2. We'll get tracklisting
3. We'll get official first single title
4. His version of August/09
5. We will sometime tomorrow get a clip/full song of the single
6. He'll give us tour plans (where he's going/how long of a tour)
I'm very estatic for this. I just can't wait.

to elaborate a bit more on this
I also think we'll get a full on single this month... and a album in Sept/Oct
I don't think it will be a drawn out... next year thing.

I hate to say it but I think most people on here are expecting too much from this press conference. Can't see us hearing any music till the fall. Hope i' proved wrong!

Why would they send invitations to journalist from all around the world (no pun intended) and make all this fuss if Noel wasn't going to release anything in the few coming months? |

Agreed. If we're not going to be hearing anything until September at the earliest, then he's wasting all the buzz he would get from having the press conference now.

A press conference is rather elaborate, I must say. Surely a simple press release would have done the trick.
Hopefully Noel will be on good form anyway.

I think you might be right. Surprises me that they'd do it for consecutive weeks though. I'd think they'd space them further if they wanted to avoid them clashing in the charts. But maybe that just means the Noel release won't be eligible for charting. It could be free through his site maybe. I think BTL was actually a really good idea for BDI even if I think they made a wrong choice for the song. |
