www.misformusic.com/index.php/2011/04/noel-gallaghers-solo-album-complete/Noel Gallagher’s Solo Album Complete
Noel Gallagher’s highly anticipated solo album is complete according to reports.
The former Oasis legend has been recording in LA and recently there were reports that the album would be released in October with a tracklisting even revealed, however an source said that Gallagher has literally just finished recording material and is keeping the details hush, hush until he is ready to release the record.
The insider claims: “Noel has been in LA recording and he is really happy with the tracks that have been produced.
“The album is complete and now Noel is just waiting for Beady Eye to finish their tour before he gives fans any information on the album. He doesn’t want his music to be overshadowed by Liam in any way, shape or form. It may be a while before he feels ready to release anything but it is 100% ready to go”.
If rumours are to be believed Paul Weller will feature on the album with production coming from Jon Graboff and Amorphous Androgynous.Hmm if we are to believe this, then we can only expect some news from Noel when Beady Eye's tour is finished, which is in september? Could still fit with the rumours about the first single in september and album in october though.. (let's hope )

It probably is finsished. I've said this before but he'll just leave the album sitting on his shelf at home and let it gather dust before releasing anything. Hell, he might just decide to wait until next year.

Jon Graboff's claim to fame is mostly as a slide guitar player, but he's also a producer. On his own Facebook: The fact is no one on here knows anything about the status of this record. No one knows who did what, who produced what, who played what, who got the coffee on the Thursday before last, etcetera. Everything thats been said is complete assumption. The only facts are that Graboff did something on it (Id assume played on it) and that Noel is working on it. That's it. Nothing else can be confirmed as a fact from another source.

I think anyone who has been hear for the previous Oasis releases feels like this. Treat everything as a rumor or as an assumption, until proven by an official source. Which is really the right thing to do.

Anyone who was here for DBBT or DOYS, or both, knows to wait for something official. It's only the new members that believe everything. We all need to be cynical.

Nothing new here. Who cares.
As far as Graboff goes. From what he said on Twitter it sounded like it had been a flying visit not like he had been working for a few weeks on the production with Noel and AA.
I think this is just a compilation of all the rumors. Which I don't mind.

its not finished he is going back to la. There's a LA in Milwaukee? Ok. Its time to set the record straight on Milwaukee. Firstly, Rolli admits he winds people up at times, he wont deny it and neither will I. He also has given us good information. First four tracks of DBTT? All him. Here's the story of Milwaukee... consequenceofsound.net/2010/03/noel-gallagher-plans-u-s-debut/Read that. Check the link in the post where it says "venue". It links to the Pabst Theater website. Obviously, the link doesnt work anymore, but there is absolutely NO WAY Rolli could've faked that. 0. Its impossible. I've shredded him on my own plenty of time for misinformation. Ive known him for a decade now. This time, he was actually being honest. All of you that try to use this as a recurring joke are completely off.

Yeah, Rolli didn't make up the Milwaukee thing. The people who run the Pabst Theater actually had a website set up where you could sign up for a mailing list to find out more info + get tickets for Noel's gig. That never materialized though.

You can this article is false just by the part where it says Noel won't release anything until Beady Eye's tour is over, as if Noel cares at all about what Liam is doing, he knows his music cant possibly be overshadowed by Beady Eye.

I dont think thats very telling. Only because Beady Eye and Noel share management. Its very possible that has some truth to it. I agree that Noel himself probably doesn't care, but management could. Also, just the detail in general. Doubt Mode. I think the thing that makes it false is the Graboff being involved in production. He was there for what? A day? Nah.

Yeah sounds like someone just put all the pieces together, saw that Noel was back in England for the Man City match and assumed he was done. In that video he said "I came all the way from LA for this" which I would assume then means he's going to go back. If he was done I doubt he'd mention where he came from because his reason for being back would be that he's done, not that he's there for the match....if that makes sense.
And Graboff was only there for 1 day, so doubt he'll be credited as a producer.
No one knows what's going on and I don't suspect we'll hear anything concrete for a little while.

Only bit of this that is probably true is the bit about Noel wanting to wait until Liam, Gem and Andy have had their time in the sun and finish releasing singles n stuff. He wont want to give the tabloids and excuse to put the 2 of them together in a sales war. Dunno about anyone else but I'm curious to hear who else has played on the album, i.e. drummers, keys players... Then again if its been produced by the Future Sound of London then I can imagine it being very electronic in production, lots of chopped up and heavily processed drum sounds and deep atmospheric textures. Really really curious to hear what the Chief has in store...

It might be a consideration...but I don't think this person has a source saying it so I wouldn't all it "true" I would call it a good guess. Boards been guessing that for months.

No, the funny thing is how Rolli announced it : Post went something like : "I Got the scope before webby did" ........ erm no you didn't , I don't pounce on unconfirmed crap to get in a post first...... Milwaukee will be the punch line to many more jokes on this board I'm sure......
