Saw this in the Beady Eye bit in this weeks NME: "it transpires that Beady Eye have all been on the internet, checking out the reactions to the shows. Andy Bell confesses to being "all over YouTube" looking at clips from fans. Gem too. They've been looking over the message boards, keen to see what fans are making it all" I assume they employ people to do it for them and don't actually come on here themselves  |

the internet isn't really a passing fad at this point, everyone seems to use it. this place and other Oasis/BDI related websites are specifically about Oasis/BDI - they have to be somewhat curious and interested, at least. and they should check these places, especially their management, this is their target audience and/or main fanbase.

^Dunno about that, most people here buy everything they release anyway. If they're aiming at commercial success, they should try to get more popularity in the masses instead of listening to hardcore fans.
I'm pretty sure some guys working for them are checking websites like this one, though.

If they're aiming at commercial success, they should try to get more popularity in the masses instead of listening to hardcore fans. I'm pretty sure some guys working for them are checking websites like this one, though. most of the people here aren't completely delusional, and know what they're talking about. this is a great place to get feedback. and like i said, this place is about them - i'm sure they check it, at least once in awhile. come on, if you had a place specifically devoted to you, you'd be aware of it. |

Of course they check it! What would you do? Maybe not in the latest years of Oasis anymore, but now, with the new band, of course they want to know how it is recieved! They should sign up and make a few posts ;D They could easily do a Q&A session THAT would be epic!  |

Poor Liam, imagine him reading all the comments from the "haters" when BTL was released! Anyway, I was kinda expecting them to check this site every now and then. What would you do if you were famous? But still, the comfirmation from webby is nice If I were one of the guys (especially new members Jeff or Chris) I'd create myself a ghost account and have some fun here, gathering some information undercover ;-) |
