I'm sure ill get slammed. What else is new !! But I agreed with oscar Robertson. The game is totally different is curry a lights out shooter Of course. He is as good as I seen But in the old days you could not play this way. That is what Oscar was saying. But het got crucified. Larry bird. George gervin. Pistol Pete. All shot as well. But did not get the opportunity to shoot like this. No 3 point rule. No need for getting ball in low post , It's like how people say Jordan. Flew like nobody. Bullshit. I saw doctor j fly. But he had to fly with only taking 1 and half steps. Or be called for travel. I seen Jordan take two plus steps. All night long. Same thing in gold. Tiger hit shots nobody said Jack could. Because tiger played with space age clubs compared to jack. All in all. Golden state is a good team. Not a all time team. Curry is a all time shooter. But I'm sorry if bird , Pete , gervin , played today and took the shots he does. They would be very comparable

obviously i don't like kobe but i have to respect his game. those lakers/celtics finals from 2008 & 2010 were special, man. took me right back to my childhood and reminded me of watching bird, dj, kevin, robert, kareem, magic, worthy, coop, etc. etc. ... 5 rings. fair play kobe, what a career you had. thanks for the memories.

Kobe Bean Bryant.
No matter what you think of him, he went out with his boots on.

Kobe Bean Bryant. No matter what you think of him, he went out with his boots on. I would bet money that half the league could drop 60 when shooting it 50 times! I'm happy for him going out with a bang, but let's not act like it's anything other than what it really is...

I'm happy for him going out with a bang, but let's not act like it's anything other than what it really is... Yea, and half the league isn't a 37 year old who's played 20 season. He played the entirety of the second half. Then when fatigue should have obliterated any chance of him scoring, he showed perfect shooting form and was involved with the Lakers final 17 points. No matter 50 shots, it was incredibly impressive. To see a 37 year old, far past his prime, after a blown ACL with diminished skills having the ability to score 60 and will himself through the entirety of a half. He played 42 minutes. That's just staggering. Yea, half the league could score 60 on 50 shots, but I don't know how many would have the drive and stamina to do so at age 37. It was far more impressive than the stat line indicated. For the final five minutes, in the twilight of his career, Kobe was Kobe again. I bet half the league would pay hard money for that opportunity and ability.

When ive heard that he had 60 points i initially thought "he probably hit 50 shots" turned out to be true and sums up his whole career. Still one of the greatest though

Heat have worst quarter in franchise history and back into third seed. Bring it CastHornets laid an egg. Knew the Heat would eventually get their shit together this season, too much talent on there that had the potential to fit together really well. Rookies playing well, Wade played well, Whiteside getting his head on straight, and an oldy but goody Luol Deng just ballin out. Like a lot of the dudes on the Heat. You see that eurostep that Justise did on Frank. He's learning from the best. Really its awesome to watch. Winslow couldn't be in a better position to succeed to be honest. Hornets just looked flat, maybe with their playoff experience the Heat just knew how to approach a playoff game better. Cavs game was interesting. I like how spunky the Pistons are. Love/Irving pick and roll looked good. Thought Portland would have shown a bit more fight, but when I look down at the roster, the Clips just have way way too many weapons for them not to win this.

Sternumman - just think there are high schoolers who just experienced their first Hornets playoff win. Nevermind a series win. That's so sad, glad we could pull it out. Frank actually looked pretty damn good out there. Lin will get paid this off season. Hopefully we can make things interesting next game. I think the Heat will prove their mantle and win a tightly contested game 4.
