I like the IOT video... it's not amazing, but it's alright... but I absolutely LOVE THT video... it just captures so well the band atmosphere, I fuckin' love it. The Union Jack guitar near the drums, the bullets and pills thing and the end is great, the brothers sharing the same mic, awesome...!
SCYHO though, is really weak... I'd rather have them playing without the weird girl shots...

THT is a cool video imo... i like it, the song is just meh tho.. my favorite Oasis video of all time is of course, Champagne Supernova. the IOT video is pretty gay and overall stupid, i just think it could've been so much better. I like The Roller video, for the record. WDIAGW is a good one too. Oasis didn't really have a lot of good ones to be honest. The Live Forever(US version) video is iconic. THe video for TIOBI is as corny as it gets but a lot of people seem to love it.

I just re-watched the Lyla video. How Liam hates it is beyond me. It has a story line, the band looks cool as ever, and the ending is epic. I absolutely love this video.

The Lyla video is brilliant. I don't see why Liam doesn't like it. Its one of the 3 best videos that they done post 2000. I like The Hindu Times, the SCYHO video, TIOBI, and I also think that TSOTL video is pretty underrated.

Lyla is one of the better ones.
Liam should have complained about the Falling Down video. The song is mega...but that video is a long road to nowhere.

The only good part is not surprisingly, the part that has the band. When Noel and Liam won't shake the Princess' hand. That part is classic.

The band looks cool for the moment they are in the video, but apart from that it is indeed a waste. LTBL has to be my least favorite video, it's so poor on so many levels. LBL is somewhat decent though, to be fair.

I like to watch the GLIO video just to see Noel playing bass. WDIAGW is a pretty good video, better than SMC video IMO.

Truth be told, MOST ( not all) of the Oasis vids were pretty shitty and unimaginative. From a fans perspective I would have created better vids for them. I blame BOTH L&N for this. They both said "ooh we hate vids, we're about the music" blah blah fucking blah, whether they like it or not it's part of the biz, and I feel they could have added more effort to them. Saying all this, the early vids off DM MG & BHN were pretty decent, after those everything was lackluster.

THe video for TIOBI is as corny as it gets but a lot of people seem to love it. Thank you. I thought I was the only one who thought that video was stupid. The only good part was Noel with his fake shave. Most Oasis videos are shit. The only one I really like is the DYKWIM video and the Stand By Me one. Dont Go Away in particular is awful. Such a great song and they put all sorts of stupid imagery in it. Also they did too many black and white videos in my opinion. There is no story or cohesiveness in most of the vids which is the main problem for me. Lyla was an exception to this so it was above average but I can understand why Liam did not like it(Cinderella and Liam dont match).

The only good Oasis vids are Who Feels Love and The Masterplan. The rest are far below mediocrity.

The Importance of being Idle video has a couple of parts that are alright, like when Noel's pretending to shave and when the guys are playing cards. Other than that, the video screams corny. the DYKWIM video is cool as fuck, i mean i don't really care for the song, it's like they were trying too hard if you ask me. however, the video is as kickass as it can possibly get. The SBM video is also good, it has a good concept and and you get to see their personalities(Liam mocking the 2 gals arguing). As for the Lyla video... hmm... i guess there's a lot of people on here that hate it. I don't really hate it per se but it's not that good a video either and i can understand why Liam didn't like it. i also hated the IOT video so ... it was a freakin' waste of film if you ask me.

I really don't get what everyone was on about this particular video or the song. I quite like the song and I think it is one of the best written songs of recent times. The video is another story though. The Beady Eye ones so far have been alright but nothing great imo. It just shows the band performing the songs, nothing particularily special. They would have to do a lot better to support Liam's claims that he can do much better videos than the Oasis ones.

The video for Lyla was impressive, compared to the majority of Oasis videos..
Supersonic, Live Forever, LTBL, Stand Bye Me are examples of their shite videos...
Hindu Times was a good video, it was nice to see some chemistry within the band with that one...

Stand By Me is the best Oasis video, in my book. It has a nice storyline, the band looks cool and the 'Radio Supernova' thing is great. D'You Know What I Mean is also really cool, as is Who Feels Love, really different and cool effects going on. Don't Look Back in Anger and Wonderwall are very nineties, yet pretty good for that era. And so is Champagne Supernova. Love The Importance of Being Idle vid, and alongside The Masterplan I think they're my Oasis favorites from the last decade. Whoever said something about The Shock of the Lightning being underrated, I agree. Great video too, just ask U2, they had to copy it

And the Supersonic US video is one the coolest videos ever. That was the first song and video I ever saw by Oasis, and it hooked me forever.

Supersonic UK, Live Forever US, D'You Know What I Mean?, Who Feels Love, The Importance, The Masterplan and The Shock Of The Lightning have all got great videos.
The ones I find hard to watch are Live Forever UK, Stand By Me, Sunday Morning Call, Little By Little, Stop Crying Your Heart Out and of course the worst video of all time Acquiesce. If that comes on the box I simply want to die. Cringe.

Stand by me video is great, but there are a lot of good videos (THT, Don't Go Away, AATW, TIOBI)...IOT and Falling Down are really bad.

The early videos are good in their own way. They're very natural, especially Supersonic and Life Forever. DLBIA and Wonderwall are beautiful. AATW is a shameless Beatles copy, but nice to watch nevertheless. From then on, I don't care too much about the videos - there's too much art there, while those early ones just support the music. Falling Down is nice though, the few seconds with the band at least.
