I ordered three, paid for them and received them in good condition.

I bought one under my sister's name, didn't pay for it and it was delivered today. F*ckin' terrible condition. The vinyl sleeve has a major crease, the issue's corners are all bent, the issue has a huge crease and the whole side of the issue is curled. It's packaging? - Terrible. It was sent in a thin transparent wrapper that you would expect to find in the middle of a magazine.

I've sent them an emailing saying I am not paying for it due to it's condition and they can either send me a new one or pay for the postage back to Germany!

I phoned them up and payed over the phone, 'there gonna want the money sooner or lator!' its very easy.the bloke is freindly and spoke english.Added bonus I didnt have to pay the silly fee the bank would charge so just the 9 euros.

yer, my packaging was just a thin transparent wrapper, luckerly the mag and vinyl were in good nick, very surprising they send them out like that though, more chance of them getting damaged.
