Did any fellow English people go to the gig? Not seen any threads about it. Liam was incredible. Best i have ever seen him.
Paris is truly awful though. £7 for a pint. Poncy French people walking round saying ooo la la, wearing silly hats and smelling of garlic.
LG made it all worthwhile though. Godlike.

I went to the gig, went to France on the Friday came back Monday
To be honest I thought the French were amazingly polite and VERY helpful with directions etc

To be fair i did meet some decent French but that's only because they liked Beady Eye and my LG DOYS era hairstyle. Don't get me started on the Scottish people i seen though. They really are the most vile out the lot. |

I went, also came back Monday morning.
Was an amazing gig, top performence, and also top venue.
I incorperated the gig into a mini-holiday, and thought Paris was superb. Got next to no rudeness from the French, and found them a lovely set of people.
For those that went, did you see a film crew outside the gig as we were leaving, interviewing fans? I did an interview, where I just spoke about Manchester United mainly, fuck knows why, and would like to watch it. Just can't remember the name of the channel.

Honestly I agree with the OP..
For someone that has traveled quite a bit.....
I cant speak for all of France because Im sure the countryside is really nice but Paris is kinda a dump.
The city itself is a bit dirty and the people were not friendly at all. There was always trash bags on the street and I cant count how many times I have seen someone just peeing on the street corner which explains the urine smell around the city. A really unwelcoming experience and my friend who lives near France thinks the same..
