KFAD sounds great He's getting really good! That's a great vocal, so much better than the Abbey Road performance. Amazing how much his voice has improved by singing within his range and not shouting. There's not cutting lines short and he's got the tone of his voice back to what it was in 2000. Wish he was singing some Oasis songs with his voice like this.

This is really getting FTM-ish good! Liam, you're a strange human being... =) This. I would do anything to hear Liam sing the likes of Slide Away now with this voice. He's holding every single note and not pulling away from the mic like he did so often in Oasis' later days. Liam's voice remains a mystery. I'm just glad he's having a stellar beginning to this tour.

The Roller from Milan. He does sound very good on that - the best I've heard since the KEXP session certainly. He's not got that really annoying lazy tone in his voice and is hitting the notes and holding them. Decent.

You don't usually see Liam singing through a 58, I wonder what happened there. Sorry for the nerdiness, but he's used 57s pretty exclusively for...ages, now. That's bizarre.

From 1:50 --> Gems backing vocals are freaking amazing !!!
Anyone else thinking his backing vocals suit better on this song than Noels would have done?

I completely agree with songbirdsally I'm not stopping you from liking Gem's vocals, and he is okay as a technical singer, but to my ears his voice has zero character.

Not a fan of Gem's voice either. A decent back up vocal, yeah. But a good singer? I don't think so.

Gem is fine so far. No real complaints.
But the way Noel and Liam harmonized was beyond magical. All you have to do is go back to Maine Road's performance of CNS, or the multiple versions of SCYHO, or etc.,....
