Missed it earlier today and I'm just listening now. I expected Liam to sound better than he recently has, but not this good. I really fucking hope he can keep this up throughout the tour.

Wow, actually enjoying listening to him sing again! Just shows what a difference singing songs within your range instead of out of it makes.

Think its 19:00 GMT mate on Radio 1. So much better hearing Liam singing the songs and not always shouting, snarling etc. Was well worth the wait. Top notch:)

is that Gem or Andy doing backup vocals on Three Ring Circus... or just Liam's voice echoing? I can't tell. It's Gem, you can kind of hear his accent, but what really gives him away is his slight lisp! I love the way he sounds so similar to Liam though. These performances were absolutely brilliant, the only complaint I have is that Gem's mic is perhaps a bit too low. Apart from that, they're on the road to being one phenomenal live band

It was live studio rehearsal, not actually live on air.

It was live studio rehearsal, not actually live on air. semantics...haha The test will be no doubt be the voice lasting the tour..but I think the tour wont go too much longer than what it is now then record number 2 for 2012..

He's sounding good, a bit like the beginning of the HC-era. (Just before SCYHO started to kill his voice ) Even though I think that on "The Roller" his voice sounds a bit tired. Anyway, he's sounding much better than at the beginning of the DOYS tour. I really hope his voice isn't going to degress too much.

Well, I'm still worried about his voice on tour... I mean, have anyone ever heard Gem and Liam playing Songbird and Wonderwall for a radio, back in 2005, just before DBTT was released? His voice sounded AWESOME, better than ever. I mean seriously, he haven't sang Wonderwall like that in years.... but we all know how that ended.
He's voice will certainly deteriorate due to the tour, and they have a LOT of gig scheduled... in other hand, they'll be playing for a little more than one hour, which should help...

^and of course the songs are written for Liam, while many Oasis classic were really hard to sing for him.

I am in shock! I clicked the KEPX link and heard Three Ring Circus, and was trying to skip through to the actual live performances... I honestly thought they were playing the album version.
I don't expect him to sound this good at gigs, but its an amazing improvement all the same. Didn't think he had it in him anymore.
