Is 'Guess God Thinks I'm Abel', 'Love Like A Bomb' and 'Meaning of Soul' playing in the background a sign of what's to possibly come live? God, I hope not...
edit- Guess they won't be playing old Oasis songs live. Liam just said 'Once you bring one out, you'll have to bring them all out.' No Songbird, Born on a Different Cloud, etc. Good to hear. Rather hear new tunes! Liam likened it to being with a new missus and contantly bringing up the old one. When fans request Oasis songs, he'll be the one with the mic saying, 'No!'
Top interview.

I've been listening but not recording. Nothing new really.
Nice to hear Chris talk at length and I'm sure that there's about five seconds of Liam singing For Anyone live in the background just as it starts.....be nice to hear that again.

This is what got me listening more so to what was going on in the background than Gem and Chris's interview to be honest! Was trying to catch other bits of rehearsal. Lamacq just said it's gonna be put up on the iplayer once the show ends in 30 minutes.

It's up on the 6music site now. It's the first half of the 3rd hour. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00ymx65Found it interesting that Liam said that the "they pushed him" to lay down his vocals early. I think that was one of the best decisions that they made for this band. I had thought it had been Liam's ideas. Liam voice is still the best instrument on the album. I'm glad that they worked the tunes around it.

You can hear him sing the "I know it's gonna be" part from "For Anyone" In the studio, it's a bit muffled & like the way they try & hide the rest with the trumpet music
I really really hope that he pulls off the Radio One session because it'll be another slagging from the hatred
Does anyone think that doing "Kill for a dream" is a risk live? There's not alot of room for error in them vocals

you can hear like 1 second, and it's only on the background, you have to listen really carefully for even beeing able to recognise which song it is.. don't think we can conclude anything about his live vocals out if this 1 second to be honest.. Tomorrow we'll know more

That clip is so bad. His voice sounds worse than ever. I now you can´t judge him by 1 second but that was like the worst he´s ever sounded. Come on Liam SING it out loud! Not fuckin shout

So out of the three hour show. . .how much of it is live Beady Eye music? Yeah, the times please There is no live Beady Eye music really. The Beady Eye section of the show starts 2 hours in for half an hour and the only time you hear them playing is right at the start when Lamaq walks into the studio, you can hear about 1 or 2 seconds of For Anyone However, if you're a fan of Liam Gallagher/Beady Eye, then i'd advise not listening to those 1 or 2 seconds because Liam sounds absolutely diabolically horriffic. As people have said, it's only a short snippet, but honestly... It's unbelievably bad, even by his live standards.
