i do come off very abrasive, sorry. at least you do know what you're talking about, unlike NL4E, who has the audacity to tell people why they're religious, for instance. i know that's neither here nor there but whatever. again, sorry. Again: Also, I used a very general definition of religion in the thread you're referencing. Please take note -- Examples of RELIGION Many people turn to religion for comfort in a time of crisis. www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/religion again, another of your referenced opinions. it's like you're talking about fucking but've never fucked. btw, i'm not religious but i do believe in God.

HC and DBTT are both proper albums wich Lillywhite should have produced, cos they are similar to La's album.
Sardy did some mistakes on DBTT production, why KTDA is too lound and GGTIA too quiet I still dunno, some songs on this album were well produced like POTQ, Lyla and LTBL, but others didn't like TMOS, TIOBI and ABWR which sounded a little flat.
On DBTT production you don't get the sense that it is an single body, but on DOYS he did his best work IMO.

Dave Sardy was just dull, dull, dull. It sounded so flat and didn't seem fresh unlike Lillywhite's production on Beady Eye (and a whole host of other fantastic albums he's produced).
Sardy made Oasis sound even more like they were from the 1960s and I think that's the last thing anybody wanted. The lack of ambition by hiring this guy was shocking. Should have persisted with Mark Stent, or got Lillywhite on board. Lillywhite would of been a perfect choice for Oasis.

lillywhite wouldve been perfect for oasis last 2 albums but i think wouldve been a threat to noels position in production.some of doys production is very bland and ruins some songs and some of noels decisions on that album i.e shouldve used the alt version of waiting for the rapture etc hampered it a little

You don't have to insult me though. I don't agree with you but I don't resort to petty insults. i do come off very abrasive, sorry. at least you do know what you're talking about, unlike NL4E, who has the audacity to tell people why they're religious, for instance. i know that's neither here nor there but whatever. again, sorry. Thanks for apology. Accepted in the spirit it was given. Now you can take it up with NL4E.
