Great performance. Listened to TBGO and wow, Liam sounds amazing. Finally, he's singing naturally instead of straining like fuck and getting gravel voice. Don't get me wrong I love the sneer, but his vocals now are far more sustainable. Great performance, far exceeded my expectations!!!!

They are going to be amazing at the small gigs. The album jams out well, has great hooks, they're all wonderful musicians, and Liam sounds great. I imagine they'll sound better at small clubs than Oasis sounded at areas for doys. Can't wait to see them at one of Chicago's clubs. Return to Metro? Would be classic.

I think thatd be wonderful to play somewhere where Oasis did in 1994!
and thats also really interesting that a venue like that is still up and running

i was a bit disappointed with 3RC's solo, anyone else? it just wasn't as good as the one on the album . Nah man, I thought it was pretty cool actually. I was looking forward to it and it didn't disappoint. Just listening back to these again now and I have to say best live vocals from Liam in donkeys. The Roller is ten times better than the original. Now I just can't wait for The Olimpia in Dublin in April.

These are definitely not edited vocals. I think it's that he was probably in a perfect monitoring situation that made the difference. Sounds fantastic either way.
It was also interesting how Liam interacted with the DJ. He avoided all of the cliches that he tends to lean on because he actually was asked interesting questions for a change.
So, Gem or Andy on backing vox? My guess is Gem.

Just heard it all. Can't even describe how happy I am with Liam's performance. Absolutely brilliant. Amazing how the songs suit his 'new' voice so much better. The whole band sounds amazing and I think both Gem and Andy are doing the backing vocals.
Great dj too.

Yep same here. Love the way they sound, cant wait for the gigs. Great to hear Liam and co sound so good. Happy with the 4 songs they performed, thought it would be Four Letter Word and Bring the Light for sure.

I'm pretty im pressed with the session. Can't understand what people are on about the editing though? There's a bit of reverb on the mic on 3RC but thats just standard.
Generally Liams vocals were pretty good, but he's never going to sound like he did in the 90's whatever people say. However, he seems like he just actually 'singing' better these days, and it makes hell of a difference. Just hope he keeps it up for the tour.
1 little grumble though - I wish they'd done Millionare more acoustic. Can't complain about the vocal, but I prefer the album version. Does this mean that on tour all the acoustic on the album is going to replaced with electric? FA, KFAD, etc...? I hope not.
Oh and I loved TBGO. I've been a bit critical of it so far - not that I don't like it, just I don't seem to love it as much as a lot of people on here - but live it was very good. Excellent vocals, and I think the live sound suits the song better than the big production on the album.

Exactly the same here, I don't seem to rate TBGO as high as most people here, but live it was absolutely beautiful. Definitely gained a lot of credit from me. On the other hand, I did like this version of Millionaire, more than the album version. Another song that grew on me after listening to it live.
