I hated Bring the Light when it was first released as a single.
But every time I listen to this album and it pops up I love it! I think it brings a great change of pace to the album and just works really well. As long as you don't get too hung up on the bad lyrics, its a decent tune!

I've got the complete opposite feeling about this! I started to like the tune, and when it comes up when my iPod is in shuffle mode I still like it, but I hate it on the album. It doesn't fit.

I think that the first half of the record is really mismatch. From 'For Anyone' the album seems to flow really well but before that it's totally different.
FLW, Millionaire, The Roller, Beatles & Stones, Wind Up Dream & Bring The Light. Almost each song sound different and it seems to be fast song, then slow and then fast. Its really bizzare.

I really wish this song didn't exist. Bring The Light was the exact opposite of what I wanted to hear as Beady Eye's first release. It was, as has been said by several forum members, an absolute embarrassment to listen to. We all wanted to share it but didn't because we knew it was outrageously amateurish and our friends would laugh at us. Have you read the youtube comments on it? People are bewildered by how bad it is. Sure, they are the "haters" and would have hated anything the boys put out, but even they are shocked at just how bad it is. Understandably.
