I got my Roller vinyl today from my local record shop, we kow the bloke personally, so he dug it out early for me!
It's 320 direct vinyl rip! Those of you having trouble downloading it/playing/finding the link, I've just re-posted another download link on the DGSS Twitter page!

Yeah, I can't get it into itunes, but it does play in other formats. Guess it'll have to wait to get on my ipod. After first listen it's okish. I need to go now, so more thoughts later.

Download the link from 2shared, I ripped it from vinyl to CD, then CD to iTunes, then just dragged it out of my iTunes which is probably the reason is doesn't work in your's, sorry, I'm not used to uploading tracks! But the new link should work fine in your iTunes!

I think its a fine little song,,, its not mega or anything,,, its in the same line as most Beady Eye's songs,,, not a mess, not outstanding,,, music to sing a long and have a good day.

Agree with comments, I was waiting for big chorus but it never came. There is a sense of urgency about it but it lacks a proper chorus.

That was a waste of 3 minutes of my life that I will never get back. I am generally not very displeased with any music release, but that was dreadfully boring. Kinda glad it won't import to iTunes.

Just listened on YouTube - the first BDI song about which I have nothing positive to say.
Where's the chorus?! Shame, cos the verse is nice, and the guitars sound great.

B-side material, but not that bad. Has that kind of vibe that makes a song better every time you listen to it - I can imagine it will be like BTL which I hated in the beginning but love now.
As with BTL, the guys should have thought of a real chorus...

Yup. Effects are gay. He has a nice voice already why do that? It just ruins the songs. Whose idea is that? Lilywhite? I'm gonna kill him. Actually, I think the band produces the B-Sides by themselves. That was at least the case with SOTS, and we all heard how that one turned out. |
