after a lot of hearings of the album
i think the top choices for the singles should be
1 - the roller we all now is the first one
2 - for anyone top song and radio friendly for sure, it has a little "the cure" feeling, it will be a hit for sure, with the right video to promote, it will be massive
3 - the beat goes on this song is totally addictive, at first listen and the more you hear it, the more you like it, i have friends who are not into beady eye and when they hear it, theyre like wow, what an amazing song.
what do you guys think?

Bring The Light should never have been released as a single, free download or not. Don't get me wrong, I love the tune when it comes in on the album, it still sounds fresh and catchy, but it is not promotional material at all. As soon as the general public heard it they wrote Beady Eye off, and have tuned out since then...should have left it to be one of those album tracks that people either love or hate a la She's Electric or Digsy's Dinner.
It should have gone..
Four Letter Word - free download in January The Roller - 1st official single released two weeks before album released The Beat Goes On - 2nd single released in mid April. Would be a massive radio hit here in the UK For Anyone - 3rd and final single released in mid June, great little catchy summery single to kick off the summer festivals and gigs

So yeah similar to you darkside, but I think For Anyone would be better suited as a summer single

hey cloudburster, you probably right, For Anyone will fit more on summer for sure, but still those two should be the picks for the next singles, hopefully the record label is seeing this hehehehe

I agree with the fact FLW should have been the free download in stead of BTL. And BTL should have been it's B-side. It doesn't belong on the album imo.
I think the next single should be Millionaire. And the Beat Goes On next ofcourse!
I think For Anyone is to cheesy to be a single. I seem to be the only one, but I never liked this song. Not after the previews, and still not after hearing the complete version.

I'm really curious what the next (2) single(s) are going to be. Liam keeps saying Beady Eye is 90% rock 'n roll, even though that's clearly not the case. (not that I care)
I just don't think they're going to release 3 ballads as official singles. But the problem is, there aren't any rockers that are single-worthy. Three Ring Circus maybe? Or else Millionaire? It's not rock 'n roll, but it also isn't a ballad either. So probably one of those 2, and than The Beat Goes on, or For Anyone...
The Morning Son are brilliant, but not really radio friendly.

Millionaire is really catchy I see that being a single for sure. Good for the band for radio play & new listeners.
Then maybe Kill For A Dream or For Anyone?

Watch SOTEOTN be the next single. This band has been so unpredictable that it wouldn't surprise me if they picked the worst song on the album for the next single! (Tongue in cheek comment, of course)

(Tongue in cheek comment, of course) I seriously think that's an option. Because Liam wan't Beady eye to be labeled as a "Rock-band". But the best tunes on this album (bar FLW) simply aren't rock 'n roll tunes. So I'm really wondering what they're going to do. Quality-wise they should release 2 "softer" songs, but I doubt if that is what Liam (& co) want.

I reckon Millionaire is the most obvious one for a single. That song keeps growing on me, hope they play it live on Ch4.
Apparently theyre playing 4 songs live during that show so the next single must surely be one of those

Three Ring Circus - to let the led out!
Then, The Beat Goes On - mainly because you know they will release it as everyone has heralded it as the high point of the album. Kinda like Let There Be Love, they just couldn't help themselves.

Kinda like Let There Be Love, they just couldn't help themselves. To be honest, I don't think many would consider LTBL as the highlight on DBTT. In fact, I find that song very underwhelming as Noel intentionally kept it stripped down. That song had all kinds of potential, and it never delivered. Plus, what is with that unnecessary outro? (Not a bad song, mind you - average or so - but no where near the classic it could have so easily have become)

SOTEOTN is not the worst song on the album. that title belongs to Bring The Light. Standing... is also better than Beatles and Stones.

I wasn't claiming that Let There Be Love is the highlight of DBTT. But it was an obvious single, d'you know what I mean?

I always skip the track after Noel's part finishes anyway, the outro is just pointless.

Is it guaranteed that they are going to release more singles? I sure hope they do. IMO, it will be ashame if The Beat Goes On doesn't get its own release. That song has mass appeal, no doubt about it. For Anyone and The Morning Son would be my next two choices.

Four Letter Word -- should of been first official single The Roller -- most commercial on the record For Anyone -- I personally think this will be a single at some point The Beat Goes On -- again it's radio friendly and I think it would do well

More singles=More B sides so fingers crossed. I wouldn't be suprised if FLW gotta a propper release as was often the case with "new" bands to release a promo 7" then later give it a full release.

I hope that they do non-album singles now.
Noel once said the plan with Oasis was a single every 3 months until he realizes how much work that was going to be considering their touring schedule. I hope BDI take up that as a plan

Why wouldn't there be any more singles? That would be stupid. Radio airplay is all they need right now..

'Three Ring Circus,' definitely. It's one of the few "rock" songs on the album, and it's the perfect length. They made a good choice with 'The Roller.' And I can't decide between 'The Beat Goes On' and 'Millionaire.' They both have the fitting to be a good single. IDK, I'm stuck...
