For me it's BTL.
I didn't dislike the song when released, and even started to like it after a while, but now that we can listen to the album as a whole, I don't think it fits the rest of the songs..

SOTEOTN sounds like garage rock-who quadrophenia era. The first 10 seconds remind me of 5.15, fine with me.
My vote goes to Wind up Dream, decent tune though but that just speaks for how great the album is.

to be fair probably should have inlcuded all the songs in this poll, its got to be standing on the edge of the noise, cant bear to listen to it, beatles and stones is a close second for me as well

Bring the light by some distance, then SOTEOTN then beatles and stones...everything else is brilliant though.
I also cant believe some people are voting wind up dream, its one of the best songs on the album imo

BTL, a song that I do like, and listen to, but it would fit better as a B-side, it kind of disrupts the flow of the album for me. I feel like, without BTL the album would not have that 1st- and 2nd part of the album feel, but I don't know it that's good or bad. The only thing I know is that that's the only song I skip when listening to the record start to finish.

Agree with the above, I voted SOTEOTN, but its the muffled verses that I don't like rather than the song......BTL I do like and it makes me smile, but I feel this album would be a classic minus these 2 tracks. ....and please people don't vote wind up dream it means you have broken ears  |

I am really supprised so many people dislike SOTEOFTN  I had allready noticed in other threads there were a lot of people disliking it, and that actually is the reason i started this poll. I can't believe there are three times more people thinking SOTEOFTN is worse than BTL. Imo SOTEOFTN fits the album, BTL doesn't, it should have been a B-side. |

Completely agree with the OP. In the context of the album as whole, it sticks out like a sore thumb. It just doesn't fit in with the flow for me and the fact that it's the most retro thing on there just makes it sound extremely dated even though it's only been out for 3 months. I quite like SOTEOTN as it breaks up the two slow songs on either site and is short enough to avoid skipping. I'll skip BTL every time on account of those horrific "baby come ons" and the fact that I really like For Anyone.

Definitely Beatles and Stones. I do like it, but I don't see the point of having it in the album. We already got Bring The Light. It's like having The Meaning Of Soul and Ain't Got Nothin' in the same record. Apart the shitty vocal effect, I do dig SOTEOTN.
