Just wondering if I'm the only one waiting...not for any other reason than I want to be able to listen properly and leaf throught eh booklet, as I have with all other Oasis releases. You know, like people did in the old days. I didnt download any of the preivous leaked albums, as hard as that was, and I'm trying hard not to do it this time. I'm not trying to judge anyone who leaked (it looks like its definitely making everyone's week, which is great) but I'm just...being weird I guess. Anyone else? I'm waiting. Don't know why but since I've found that I enjoy the albums better when I haven't heard it first on the web. |

I am probably going to wait at this point to get the entire album on my own - I have listened to the leaks of Oasis albums because I couldn't wait to hear them but I do think it takes away a little bit of the magic compared to getting a CD and putting it on for the first time.
However, I have listened to the clips as well as the songs that have been available so I am not planning to be surprised much - I expect it to be a solid album and thats all I could hope for. I am also at work and don't want to download it on this computer - wont be home till Wednesday night so maybe my mind will change then.

It was worth it and I am still buying the album anyway. I thought I could hold out but it was just too much for me, maybe next time  |

I semi-fucked up. Was going to play the waiting game, but had to download TBGO, cos it seemed so good. And it was, so I've kept putting it on several times a day. Listened to KFAD and FA as well.

It seems like my album's been posted. Hopefully it turns up tomorrow. But I'm getting into this empty feeling now, really annoyed by all the waiting and having read everything there is to read about the album without listening to most of the songs. Anyone who recognizes this? I remember when I bought DOYS on the release date and went to my room to listen to it. I didn't really enjoy it at first. I almost felt sick and since I had been up really early that day I fell asleep while listening to it. Had been anticipating it too much, I guess. But then I woke up and listened again and it was fucking mega |

I've just heard the singles, b-sides and what's been played in the sessions... I'm holding out for the album; I just like it better that way. Right now I feel like I did when I was a kid waiting for BHN to come out...
