Except for Beatles And Stones-Wind Up Dream-Bring The Light (which are consecutive three tracks btw) I like everything. Anyone remember dissing my worries about the middle part of the album? Well I for one didn't diss you, but since I don't mind BaS and I absolutely adore BTL I can't really agree with that.

I think Liam wrote The Morning Son with Lennon in mind but everyone else will think it's about Noel

I think Liam wrote The Morning Son with Lennon in mind but everyone else will think it's about Noel Liam has already said its sort of about Noel hasn't he? Yeah, if I remember correctly he said that TMS was the only song that could be about noel. And that it was written after the oasis-split. But, most songs could be about everyone and no one, It all has to do with previous experience. I'm sure you could all think about a big idol in your life (and for many of us on this forum, of corse that will be Noel/Liam/Lennon or someone like that) or a past girlfriend or friend and it will fit. Like with most songs...

Me too. And I like BaS. And from what I just heard, SOTEOTN sounds pretty goog too.
I can't wait now

I think all the songs sound great, and think it will be up there with the past 5 oasis records in quality.
Remember, Noel is not god, he is just a great songwriter... And even if LAG won't get to the same quality lyrics-wise I'm sure they'll make up for it with melody and spirit. That's what I feel after hearing the songs and previews so far anyway...
I really like the way SOTEOTN sounds, and I know that some people don't like the effect on LG's vocals, but I think it sounds real gritty and cool. I'm sure it will fit the song, which is a short uptempo rocker.
The only song I think LG's vocals sounds a little iffy on is Kill For A Dream, I think the song sounds great, but Liam seems to have a hard time with some of the high notes on that one. But I like the fact that it seems really clean, without any effects, kind of like LTBL...

The level of songwriting is clearly below what Noel could achieve even in weak form. From the new previews, Andy's songs are still the best of the bunch. It'll be an enjoyable record, but nothing too amazing i'm afraid.

This will be an amazing album, specially comparing to what other bands have been releasing lately. I can't wait to see them live!

Well I for one didn't diss you, but since I don't mind BaS and I absolutely adore BTL I can't really agree with that. As individual songs they sound good, but I would've rather taken some out of the tracklist. The momentum that the first three tracks create is completely destroyed by the three tracks that follow. All of a sudden Bas comes out of nowhere, followed by WUD which sounds quite poor from the two snippets with BTL which was not supposed to be 3 minutes long. I still believe that one or two tracks should have been taken out to preserve the flow of the album. btw the dissers I was talking about were not the guys who love BTL and BaS, but the ones who kept saying "we should hear the album first" when the album was quite predictable after kingjohn's detailed and credible review that came alongside the French iTunes snippets. Besides, it was only light talk and there was no harm in doing it at all

Not many bands pull off an album with a complete set of outstanding songs & a tracklisting of perfection, this sounds immense in my opinion & will be better with the full album turned up loud into our ears
Be excited, this album will be excellent

Really amazed by Millionaire, Kill For A Dream, Wigwam, Three Ring Circus, The Beat Goes On and The Morning. Even Wind Up Dream, which I kind of hated in the first preview, sounded a lot better.
Funny thing though. When Bring The Light popped in I started smiling and singing along. It sounded so familiar and made me feel like "that's Beady Eye!". LOL what the fuck?
But I do love BTL ;D

Holy shit Kill for a Dream sounds amazing. Not to take anything away from the other tracks, but that's my most anticipated one after hearing the clips.

Loving the sound of Three ring circus, wasn't expecting it whatsoever. All in all loving the sound of this album although the jury is still out on SOTEOTN in my opinion.
