(warning: this is not a gossip, just wanted to let you know what i found out)
I see people talking about leaking and all that on this forum.
About dates and places (Japan for example) ...
Personally i don't like all the lies about it, and people getting pissed off about it. Don't really like a leak as well.
But, IF there is gonna be a leak, it possibly could come from The Netherlands.
I am from The Netherlands, and worked for years and years in a recordstore company. (i think it's not wise to tell the name of it)
Still have friends there, and today i visited them just for a cuppa coffee. I've been told and have seen that they already have the Beady Eye album here! All of the stores already have been send a couple of albums for storage. They will be sold on the release date anyway offcourse, but I could imagine some people (employees?) will copy and leak.
So well, they told me and then showed me it. They didn't let me listen to it or buy one. Which i think is fair offcourse... Wasn't allowed to take a picture, so there is no real prove, so it's up to yourself to believe it. As people know on this forum, i'm a long term member here (joined in 2004), and i'm not a gossiper ...
Anyway, i was exited about this discovery, and I can imagine in other countries it can be the same case.
Just wanted to let you know.

Have you seen the film 'Goodfellas'?? if not watch it then go in there and go all Joe Pesci on them!!!! think they will let you have a copy then!!!  |

That's good news. If even normal record stores got the album now it should be leaked soon.
In other words, I guess it's imminent then.

I guess the best we can hope for is that some independent retailer is not aware of the release date, therefore man walks into shop asks "have you got a copy of the new beady eye album" oh yeah had a fee delivered the other day. Hang on I'll get it. Retailer happy with sale ... l4e members get the album early!

As much as I want a leak. i'm very temped not to download when it does... my sister has pre ordered it for my birthday which will mean not listening to it for a whole 3 DAYS!!! (after release) soooo the later the leak the better, for me anyway! haha

Well if it does leak boys and girls, the first place it will be is "what" or "waffles" private music trackers. I'm a member on both and have been checking religiously every couple of hours for it to pop up. You will all be the first to know!

I went to my independant recordstore but he said it was not delivered yet.. to bad.. I tried other retailers but to no avail..
I'm also checking waffles but nothing has showed up there..

Good news to know it's been sent out to record shops now, hopefully it's just a matter of time before one of them leaks it, dare I say it but I think the leak is..imminent.
