Early Japan release date Feb23.
Packaging and delivery distribution of the cd overseas.
Today is the 7th which means by this time next week the album will be shipped out if not already.
Now i personally don't mind if I hear it on the 23rd but the truth lies in the math. It will leak and we all will be playing this record by around this time next week.
One last point. Its really making me nervous when I'm reading people on this forum saying I hope it leaks b4 the 28th! HELLO!!!! It comes out in Japan on the 23rd if the reports are correct. Of course ull have it before the 28th. Anyways, doesn't look like anything is happening today. In a bit.

Would Japanese retailers have copies of and ship the album a week in advance to overseas customers? Seems to me that they'll ship everything out at the same time, domestic customers should get them on day of release and overseas will get them as fast as their courier can get there. |

If the album is released in Japan on the 23rd this would naturally mean they will have possession of the album in there country at least a few days prior, then u have to factor in the printing of thousands of cds with artwork etc, shipping those out from the warehouse or factory . Surely at some point during this process a leak happens, not to mention the radio djs and music mag people that hear it first may fold and copy it. Its the 7th of feb, with all due respect mr monobrow who I hold in the highest regards on this forum. We must naturally feel that by the 14th or 15th of feb we all would have heard Wigwam in its entirety! No?

Well I did go for the 10th on the "guess the date thread" so I'd also be disappointed if we didn't hear it by this time next week. It's just that I don't think Japanese retailers would have it over 2 weeks before general release.

What if the cds are being printed let's say in England or somewhere in europw, Then shipped to japan. This is a possibility no? By the 14th of feb it will leave a gap of only 9 days till Japan release. Odds are we will have it by then I'd think... Anyways, exciting times.  |

I'm not worried, that album will be playing in our iPods this week. Look at the society we live in now, some little punk ass intern at a radio station or media outlet has a promo copy of it NOW, surely one of them wants the notoriety of being "in the know" and will share this with the masses.
I say we'll have it by the end of the week.

The album listening party sponsored by radio station will be held in a few regions of Japan on 19th.
I don't think I will win the ticket (it's by lot) so I want it to leak by then.

Will the album not be able to download from Japanese sites from the 23rd? Either way it'll be on YouTube by the 24th or 25th at the latest.

No he did not re-record the vocals... They have a translator speaking over... And the album is all re-mixes... With a bonus track written by Noel...

DOYS leaked 17 days before it's UK release. By this Friday, we will be within 17 days of the DGSS UK release. If doesn't leak by then, I'll be fooking pissed
