Very true.
Doubt he would ever say it's about Noel specifically. Best acknowledgment that we will realistically get is if he brought the song in.
But then he could be cheeky and say it just about "some people that you meet that take life too seriously and don't enjoy it" or something

I'm sitting here laughing away at these, cos I know this is exactly how he's gonna be!
I really hope I'm proved wrong, and Liam comes out and gives a good few interviews during the promo for the album - but I doubt it.
The best interview I ever heard Liam do was during DBTT promo for BBC Radio 1. Steve Lamaq was speaking to him before a live gig that Radio 1 were broadcasting (I think the interview was recorded earlier), and he was really interesting, and talking abou the album and how much he was looking forward to going on tour, etc. There wasn't any of the usual (see above), just sounded really normal. I've tried to find that interview on youtube, etc, but havn't had any luck - don't know whether anyone else has ever heard it?
Don't get me wong though, I quite like the usual bollocks he coms out with (again see above), but it does get a bir tiresome. I hope that now theres no Noel to do most of the serious stuff, we might get Liam stepping up a bit and doing a bit more TV promo. Shame Jonathan Ross has finished, would like to have seen him on that.

That is a good interview. Don't know why he isn't like that all the time? Seems much more natural compared to usual. Also, at 1:10 when he says 'if we're making music' he sounds just like Noel! |
