My brand new copy of Q just dropped through the door and whilst leafing through i saw an 'in the studio' section with Beady Eye and this is everything of note in there, basically: album doesn't have a title yet, and is being recorded at RAK studios in North London. Jeff doesnt play on the album, Andy and Gem share bass duties. Gem says "... and a lot of rock 'n' roll piano borrowed from Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis" so bad news for all BTL haters there. The bit you've all been waiting for: song titles! The only ones mentioned are Wigwam, Standing On The Edge Of The Noise (explains the tweet, maybe Get You, Get Me is a song as well but not mentioned on here), Three-Ring Circus, Four-Letter Word, The Beat Goes on and obviously Bring The Light. Hope this has helped shed some more light on Beady Eye

More JLL piano? I thought Lilywhite said there was no other track like BTL? Wigwam, Three-Ring Circus, Four-Letter Word all sound kinda stupid. Standing On The Edge Of The Noise surprises me, as it's an obvious reference to the Oasis gig of the same name...

Its exciting to hear some of the names.
Cue people going OTT about the stupid names and how Beady Eye should give up etc !
Dont give a monkeys if the names sound stupid or not. Look at past songs - Hindu Times, Columbia etc. Not exactly the best titles of all time.
But looking forward to the album

Intrigued by Wigwam, the title reminds me of Andy Bell's instrumental for that compilation album, Grapefruit. Hope there are no pointless instrumentals like A Quick Peep on the album

You can't really tell anything from titles. Some of the titles are wierd titles. I mean Wigwam sounds like it should be weird. But yeah, they're only song titles. Can't really tell anything other than if any of them ever became hits they would be wierd hit titles.
And The Hindu Times isnt as a weird title as Wigwam. lol The Hindu Times is a pretty good song title. But yeah, you can't really judge by titles.

If more songs are going to sound like BTL I'm not even going to bother to buy it. An album full of that piano shit would be awful. One song is a change, having more of it would just be repetitive.

I'm trying to think who might be the main songwriter for each song, none of them stand out!

I'm trying to think who might be the main songwriter for each song, none of them stand out! They're just song titles. There's really no reason to over think it. We'll find out when we find out. The album is gonna be out in about 3 1/2 months any ways.

Wigwam: A sexual act where 3+ men crowd around one girl, one in the pink, one in the stink and one in the mouth. At the perfect time all men must meet hands above the indian forming the "wigwam"
