I think it'll go top 3 and probably number 1, but in reality the la's, the stone roses, the coral (albums) weren't number 1's.....forever changes, Mexican r'n'b......I'd rather have a classic regardless of where it charts

Top 5 definately, but some X-Factor shit or Take That's potentially poor- but- effective-in-wooing-the-gullible album may well clean up around the post-Festive period. [Let's face it, Beady Eye are minnows in the public-profile stakes, but hopefully their star will ascend over the coming weeks and months].
Obviously, the actual contents of the album's quality will account for much: sure, Liam's core fans will snap up any material he puts out, but if it's shit-standard, there is absolutely no dice , or snowball in Hell's chance it will hit the Numero One spot.
Let us pray that Beady Eye are keeping their true aces up their sleeves for this debut long-playing waxing.
If the actual work is below-par, it is a disastrous game-plan: the start has been shakey so far, to say the least. There is a dire need for Liam and the boys to put out Rawkin' Choonz, this album will likely be their one true chance to shine in public. If it's a flop, it will be an absolute uphill climb for Beady Eye to recover from the Godawful backlash that will surely beckon.
Fingers crossed for decent songs that can wow the public.

Don't disagree with your points per se, but I fail to understand why they've been "shakey so far, to say the least". - BTL downloaded so often that it crashed the upload site - Although slated by some here, critics liked it largely praising energy (see the reviews thread) - The gigs will sell out in two seconds - The 7" blew up record store for a day What has gone wrong so far?

3 things i rekon
1. killer single needed
2. turbo promotion - but i honestly think they are arsed now with really "going for it" with this.
3. No X factor shows, acts, winners, losers releasing albums, or katy perry, or pink, or usher, or JLS, or rihanna (basically no albums whatsoever by anyone in the current charts to be released that week)
that is all

This poll needs fewer and less similar options, to be more accurate, in all honesty.

This poll needs fewer and less similar options, to be more accurate, in all honesty. I think it's fine. Had no problem choosing myself. What would you prefer? The naff MADFERRIT or YOUR MUSIC'S SHITE BTL poll?

Remove "Doubt It" - It's basically the negative connotation of "Might", and is thus too similar. Also the last option is just stupid and has already affected 2% of the vote.
Absolutely Might Not A Chance
How hard is that?

It definitely wont. it will hit like #5 or something, and then quickly drop out of the charts.

If you're trying to impress your base, which are Oasis fans then it has been a shakey start. In the end for their album to go #1, they need to have a large majority of Oasis fans buy their album. There won't be enough casual music fans to buy the record. Also, most casual music fans will probably download the album illegally and not actually buy it. Just about 85% of sells will come from Oasis fans. And among Oasis fans, BTL has not been widely recieved with praise. In the end, that's what matters. It's what the fans think. Oasis fans wanted enough to bring down the site, but if they release another "filler" type song after they've released BTL, htne they're will be a backlash among Oasis fans. So yes, it has been a shaky start for BDI.

it obviously has been a shaky start. I would've called it a "decent" start had they released SOTS as the "free download", BTL was just a very poor effort imo. A lot of people simply did not like it, maybe not because they thought it was shit but because it was not what they wanted from Liam and company. anyhow, it's too bad SOTS is nothing more than a quality cover because, let's face it, what we want is NEW material, not "recycled' stuff from the 80's.

Just got a feeling with Beady Eye I just think the album is gonna have 1-2 classics - and I mean true classics The rest of the album will also be good, so I can easily see this album staying longer in the charts than Oasis's recent albums.

I've been critical of BTL (But i must admit its a grower and i'm enjoying it much more).
But i cant wait for the album (and tour if i get a ticket), i'm like a little 15 year old kid getting excited its embarassing.
The hype/reviews/tour/promotion etc will be cool to watch the next few months.
I HOPE i love the album but either way i cant wait for that time when i have it in my hands (Or download it a week or two before) and i have 11 or 12 brand new tracks to listen to, as with every Oasis album i'm sat here nervous with the album, hoping i like the tracks, hoping there wont be a lot i hate etc.
I cant wait. Plus the tour will be good, be a bit weird as the album might be out a week before the tour so it'll be interesting to see how fans react. I remember watching 'live by the sea' and Liam says 'this is going to be our new single - Some might say' and the crowd were pretty quiet as it was obviously a brand new song and back in those days you didnt really get leaks etc.
But i cant wait for the excitement, the anticipation of the album. Its great moments like these as in some point in the future Noel/Liam might 'retire' and not do anything else. So for the time being i'm going to enjoy all the hype and i reckon the next few months will be great.

Absolutely Might Not A Chance How hard is that? Why do you group them in you mind and not be a killjoy. The last answer is funny. So what if someone used it.

Better chance that it will than it won't. Barring huge competition, even a decent % of Oasis followers picking it up will debut it at #1.
