It says the shows will give "people a taste of the debut album", so the album will be after the tour. Shit, BDI in Germany - but why Cologne?

The band will be touring from March through to Sept/Oct. Initially in the UK, the venues will be tiny so I'd expect tickets to go for a small fortune, even if the LP isn't greatly received. A couple of nights @the Apollo and a Rock City gig are certs, plus the obvious in the capital. I don't really think of DC as the GO TO place in America for live acts to play...not enough so that it's OBVIOUS. The 9:30 club gets tons of artist traffic, nearly every mildly successful band has played there over the years.

Two nights at the Apollo is pretty confident for a band that has only released one shit song to date.

Yeah, specially when their lead singer is not even one of the most iconic frontmen ever coming out of that city, or anything like that...

Its obvious those small shows will sell out like anything, Oasis had a huge fan base, just a small percentage of them will sell out these small venues. If anything i think theyre being under confident, only 2,400 seats at that London place, going to be a nightmare getting hold of tickets this friday

I'm a regular at the Apollo - I'm sure it'll sell out just out of curiosity alone.
By "confident" I meant "do they have enough material to do a strong 70-90 minute set?" cos I thought they weren't doing Oasis tunes.

It says the shows will give "people a taste of the debut album", so the album will be after the tour. Nah, it says that it will give fans "a first live taste" of the album. The album might be released after the tour, but the wording of that sentence suggests that it will be out before that.

Oh i see i getcha, sorry.
Yeah get your point, like you say for a 70-90 minute set there'll have to be a fair few tunes, most albums nowadays only have 11-14 songs.
Be interesting to see what they do

Either way its exciting to know that they're going on tour and also the album will be out just before or after. Looking forward to it
Just better get some tickets on friday. My mate will be disappointed, minimum number now is 4 tickets not 6.
