nah a thinly supported supposition based on one of theriddlers hints that mentioned news coming and spirits. the only place I have seen November 1 in print is on the Brazilian Oasis site. Theriddler announced 'news' for what we believe to be Halloween. The video was shot the day before...... We also got the singles name (to be confirmed) so I think plenty happened on Halloween..... Wait...crap. So the only news that was coming soon was that theriddler was going to give us another clue? So basically more words and no music. Not even english words. Just a phrase that we think might possibly be a song title. And the video shoot had nothing to do with theriddler so she gets no credit for any of that news or the song clip coming out of S. America or whereever. THIS IS ABSOLUTE CRAP!!! Still no dates. That is all I wanted. I am accepting of the fact that I am not gonna heard it immediately...but just an announcement that it's coming...even if it's in a couple months would be very much appreciated! Frankly I wish theriddler had kept her mouth shut if this is all she had to offer. I don't give a shit what the song is called...only what it sounds like, when I can hear it, and when I can buy it! She got my hopes up and now I'm disappointed. (rant over) |

I think tomorrow is far fetched. I never even heard of Souls Day? let alone knowing that it was on Nov 2nd?
Halloween time frame is more mainstream for "Spirits" to be associated. Also, as Webby pointed out, we already had some activity from BE within the last week
I hope I'm wrong, but we'll see.

I don't get why people are complaining about the lack of news? Before this weekend we didnt know there was video being filmed, we didnt know that the first single was close to release, and we didnt know the supposed name of the new single. I think theRiddler fullfilled her end. She never did say that a new song would be announced today or anything of that kind, she said the "ghost would speak"
News came around Holloween. What more are you asking for it. TheRiddler never said that there would be a release date, she said there would be news. We got news and good news. It was everyone else including myself that jumped onto the bandwagon or single date being announced on Holloween. She never said anything of the kind. All she said is that there would be news: we found out about a music video, found out the name, and found out that the release is not too far away. What more do you want?
I don't know, to me it seems like people are getting greedy. Especailly the people who were totally in the dark last week and were begging for any kind of news.

I think we are still in for some more news. The only reason we know about the video is because of some unofficial sources that tweeted about it and got a hold of webby. I feel like theriddler knows about official stuff, and that she would have been alluding to an official release of news. I guess she could have guessed that somebody would have let something leak about the video, but I think it's less likely.

And also theriddler has never given release dates i dont think, so it was stupid to assume that. the only people who know the release date are beady Eye and they'll announce it when they announce it. So to expect that theriddler knew the release date is stupid. If she knew it, she would have said it and not given a latin riddle. She never said there would be a release date being announced on that date she said there would be news. It was desperation that got everyone on the bandwagon, not her. I have never seen a song title and thought, "Well judging by that title it is bound to be a mega song!" Frankly it's a big let down. I have a title for a song, which may be right...but it has to be translated english-latin then latin-english on google translation engines, so it may only be roughly correct....that I have no idea when I am going to hear and I COULDN'T CARE LESS. Plus I just checked. The post that we are talking about was posted 4 weeks ago. That's it folks...I doubt we are getting any more news. That's it a title...that's all |

But I think that we need to stop waiting on news in the next couple days because theriddler posted something just shy of a month ago. She was obviously teasing her revelation of the single title on October 30th. Not that big revelation in my world...but news of a sort I guess for those who care. Frankly I've slipped out of that mode of anticipation now I guess and just feel a bit deflated...like "is that it?" It was like really really bad sex. LOL...no fulfillment after ages of anticipation. Just wish someone had told me that theriddlers never hints anything actually useful... |

"All Souls' day" is a religious holiday to "commemorate the faithful departed." It's a long shot, but it actually makes more sense than Halloween imho... |

XFM have picked up on all this now ha, news from "an Oasis fansite" about a Beady Eye single called "Bring In The Light" coming soon Indeed they have loool "According to Oasis Fansite Stop Crying Your Heart Out the video is supposedly directed by Richard Ayoade who has also worked with Kasabian and The Arctic Monkeys. It is thought it may have been recorded in London last week. The title of the track isn't known yet but is rumoured to be 'Bring In the Light'." XFM |

The riddler whoever she may be doesn't owe us anything, she just comes up with a bit of info here and there which is appreciated and she does it in a way than relieves the tedium of the usual Wonderwall Vs DLBIA threads. It might well be 'it', then again it might not. I'm pretty sure that theriddler has given more than just titles and hasn't webby confirmed that she is a reliable source? And what build up by the riddler, she didn't post repeatedly going on about massive news or anything, just a few words as usual. You could never accuse her of blowing her own horn. |

If you knew a bit about how Live4ever has been running things since 2002 you would know that we don't publish "News" until we have our sources confirm it. In reference to theriddler, I don't see any of her posts ever not turning out to be what they advertised to be. If you don't like that kind of "forum entertainment" there are more serious sites to visit ie: the wall street journal etc. I will continue to post news which I have been able to verify through my sources. Please remember this is the entertainment biz, I work in it. There's a lot of hot air sometimes in order to get a hype going and sometimes things don't pan out like everyone thought it would. For example movies , videos and songs sometimes have "working titles" that change once they get published. In the mean time I ll continue to enjoy the news coming in to us .... Latin or not. |

Whatever. I will just not get excited about theriddler post anymore. I just didn't realize it was never anything I'd be interested in. That's all.
As for video...I'm still more thankful to SOULDIGGER. You may have known ages before but he informed us 3 days prior to you so frankly I don't care how early you knew and chose not to share.

^^Wow, really. And what if Souldigger had been wrong because he didnt check his sources. Then what would you say? Webby did the right thing in not just reporting it. We've gotten pissed at a ton of people who post (even when they have proof) and it doesnt pan out. Its not a matter of sharing its getting the facts right and if souldigger had ended up wrong we would have all been slagging him.
I think you're just being way too harsh.
