Its pretty obvious she's legit. But to each his own. Seem as though this is happening, so yeah i agree that a thanks is in order. Beady Eye is closing in hopefully....................... You can understand why I seem unsure at first. Liam Gallagher + music video + dancers.

More info regarding the video was sent to scyho and I last week . Did not want to post it till confirmed It's for the debut single with Richard Ayoade directing. All the members will feature although Jay Darlington looks to have parted company with them. So this seems to be unfolding as the real deal then. I'm genuinely excited and intrigued for the record and the video if all the band will be in it plus dancers. So you believe this is going ahead webby? I'm not able to confirm the director and Darlington news but I can tell you that the news regarding the video reached me and (scyho) several days back , looks like it's happening

WOW finally 100% legit news! Im now following her on twitter, definitely for a music video, she has to report to the shoot at 10am, and shes not allowed to say what the name of the song is. This is very exciting, and hopefully very soon we will get the official single announcement!

Richard Ayoade is a random choice but has good form as a music video director. He did Vlad The Impailer for Kasabian & Crying Lightning by The Artic Monkeys.
Can I be the 1st to say the 'News by October' Deadline came good. As did Liam's info. Niceone!
Need to keep an eye on the website & mailing list now for something official I guess. Exiting times ahead!

Good news if true. To give an indication on how fast these things can be turned round, the Lyla video shoot was on 18th March 2005, and the TV premiere was 6th April - less than 3 weeks...

SOULMAN, lol, my hat goes off to you for enlightening us. THANKS. A few are tripping out bc there's "dancers" that could mean ANYTHING. Lets us not forget that before Liam was Mr. StoneRoses/Baggy/Britpop/NewWave he was "SlickRick" chilling out front of the Kwick-E Mart (city centre) spiting beats and wind milling about.
Oasis rocker Liam Gallagher, who recently launched his own clothing line, says he used to breakdance for money in Manchester City Centre. Gallagher claims he got into electro music to impress the girls. "I was into fashion from about 13, 14. You want to look good. Girls are involved. I was into the old tracksuits. I never wore silly hats that turned sideways. Just the tracksuits. That was the first kind of music I got into really," thesun.co.uk quoted him as saying. "We used to go round with a piece of lino, doing a bit of breakdancing in town to get a bit of money," he added.

To give an indication on how fast these things can be turned round, the Lyla video shoot was on 18th March 2005, and the TV premiere was 6th April - less than 3 weeks... and the single was released with the B-sides May 12, 2005, about 1 month after the music video made its TV debut, so its POSSIBLE we could see a Music Video TV premier end of November (Nov 20-26) and then the physical release around the End Of December

When did Lyla first get airplay, any ideas? Surely it was played on Radio 1 or something before everyone saw the video?

Hopefully this single will run slightly different than Lyla.
I expect it to be released within the next month with airplay maybe as soon as next week, there is no way they are gonna release it near all the christmas mayhem.
Video may then be shown around mid-November a couple of weeks before the single is full released with b-sides.
If I was to guess now then I would say either Monday 29th November or Monday 6th December at the absolute latest in terms of a release.

She private messaged me moments ago, she wants to tell me the name but is afraid of getting in trouble. I asked her if she can at least tell me a bit about the tune. I'm waiting for her response

I'm waiting for her response Tell her to create an anonymous account on the L4E boards and post it here. We won't tell. Seriously though, finally some news! It's been far too long and this whole dancer thing in a Liam Gallagher music video is intriguing. Although we have to remember that with Oasis Liam and Noel had really nothing to do with the video besides being in it for a bit. Although it definitely tells us something about the music.
