Somebody mentioned something like this in another thread, but do you think these two songs will be saved for the Aus/NZ/Russia shows? I have a feeling they'll play an semi-acoustic show right at the end of the tour, predominatly Noel sang but with Liam singing a few (I'm Outta Time, Songbird, Gas Panic?). A chance to hear Gas Panic stripped down would be amazing and with Liam's vocals improving gig by gig, it would be even better. The Turning could be played with the Melbourne Choir or whatever it is, I have a Meat Loaf DVD in which they play with him on stage so, who knows? Maybe even for the Russia shows, first time in Russia, first time played on the tour. Who knows, eh?

I doubt it, They'd probably keep the set as it is now, considering the 4/5 newer songs already in.

Look, no disrespect but if Oasis were to bring out something special lke The Turning it would be in England and at the Wembley gigs (See: Whatever).
Furthermore, this is a band who is notorious for not changing their set list.
The most we fans can hope for is for Oasis to perform The Turning, Bag It Up, and Gas Panic during the next tour.....

Honestly, I think if Noel had wanted to add those songs, it would have been at Wembley realistically. Yeah, I think they might actually nick one of them in on the next tour But if Oasis go to Russia and Oz, I actually have a feeling they might add them or one as a final surprise for this humongous tour

Mark my words, The Turning will NEVER be played live. It's just gone too far now. I hoped they'd of played Bag It Up or/and The Turning at these stadium gigs. It's not going to happen now. Those songs are more than good enough to be played on this tour. They didn't play them so they'll never be played now. Sorry to burst anyones bubble.
And the other hand Gas Panic might be played in the future. I wouldn't rule that out.

I know what you're saying...but Songbird didnt' show up till the end of the HC tour, so there's a chance that we will hear it live at some point.

The Turning, Bag it Up, or any other song of DOYS that isn't already in the setlist will not be played this tour. And think about it, if/when Oasis does tour in however many years from now, they will keep around the same setlist they have now except replacing the now new songs with the then new songs. Rudderless ship...

I hope the Turnign, TBWTL, and IOT stay, maybe Noel can do an acoustic electric version of WFTR like the one from Live Lounge or something. That woudl be fine.
ORRRRRR
better yet: High Horse Lady, as a huge stadium singalong, lol.

I guess no The Turning, because they don't soundcheck it anymore and it probably went wrong....apart from that there are similar songs, e.g TSOTL, My big mouth, which will remain in the set list...I still think that Gas panic will come in the last leg of the tour...and tht will be in Australia/NZ...maybe even in 2010.... lets be honest, the setlist now is almost perfect....They changed it systematically throughout the tour...whats the point of playing Gas panic at Wembley and not playing it on the other UK stadium tour dates....? So i am totally content with the setlist..They played all the soundchecked songs so far: Roll with it, Half the world away, Live forever, My big mouth, Whatever...they dropped songs like Aint got nothing, Meaning of soul, TIOBI, no Falling down and To be where theres life at festivals....(the most disliked by complaining fans, arent they ) ....So lets just wait a bit..Im sure, Gas Panic will come next.....

The Bridlington Spa gig is a pretty different thing to all the other gigs (3500 is a bit different to 70,000 or however many they had in Wembley).
You would think something would be different...

They finish in just over a month after the I-Days festival in Italy. GD confirmed that again by saying 2 games into the new football season in England.
That leaves 10 gigs including tonight's appearance at the Melt Festival. It's debatable whether we hear the full set-list again as it's pretty much all festivals left. Maybe Bridlington but apart from that, no more TBWTL, TIOBI, Whatever or FD on this tour.

Plus --> Roll With It, and The Shock of the Lightning are both too similar to Lyla.....we don't need all 3 tunes in the setlist.

It would be great if they threw in something unpredictable like Listen Up and All Around The World.
