Before I forget: song of the night - surprise, surprise - Roll With It. It was fucking raucous. Every bit as good as I'd hoped it would be. Gas Panic was ace an'all. Or at least, what I heard of it during the soundcheck from the pub across the road. Last point: I swear to God only two of us had heard My Big Mouth before tonight - me, and the 4'6" brunette stood to my right. Short girl, I salute you. The rest of them should be FUCKING ASHAMED! I agree with you, alot of people went quiet on this one....me and a bloke next to me sang it word for word looking at each other and no one else around us were singing...touching moment!!

to be honest mate it depends how far u push Thanks, I'll bloody well push if I have too lol I got there at 4ish and had no problem getting in the pit. You should be ok at 3. The pit entrances are to the left and right of the stage. I might look busy in there but go for it.

Top gig although "The Meaning Of Soul" wasn't played, even though on all the reviews and reports from last night say it was. They played "I'm Outta Time" instead which I personally preferred.
My Big Mouth was amazing! Crowd was totally dead though, no wonder they dropped it from the last tour as it seems no one knew it. I recorded it and put it on youtube if anyone wants to see it (my link is on the news section of this site).
With regards to the pit, we went down about 4:30 and got a wrist band ..... I liked the idea of this as it kept a lot of the drunken knobheads out who think they have a divine right to push their way to the front. It was a bit mad for the first 5 songs but after that it really settled down.
Top gig!
Correct setlist

Where were you stood? Where I was there was a good few people (me included) singing MBM. Right at the front and just to the left-hand side. You'd have thought anyone down there would have been fucking having it, but it met with a surprisingly subdued reaction.

And thats why the setlist is so "Greatest Hits" oritentated rather than hearing good album tracks / rarities. It wouldn't surprise me if they drop My Big Mouth again ..... i'm just glad to say I was there and heard it

I was stood towards the back of the pit and there were a few of us singing it. Personnally, I wouldn't be suprised if MBM got dropped by the time they hit Wembley and Gas Panic maybe replacing it.

Was staggered that it seemed no one knew my big mouth! very strange crowd at some points (was in the pit, about 3/4's back and central) but I thought the set and gig was quality..just seemed a shame it didnt get dark till the encore and so many people seemed rooted to the spot.
Highlights were the entire encore, roll with it and half the world away but it was a top top gig all round.

Got home not long ago after last nights gig (spent the night in manchester) and personally I thought it was a great gig and the crowd were up for a good time.
I got in the pit at about 16:00 with no problems and had a great time.
A bit confused as to why they seemed to split the pit in half at the front but i'm guessing it was a safety decision.
One thing I did notice was an awful lot of fights going on which was uncalled for. I'm guessing these were all alcohol fuelled but come on people, we are all there to enjoy the gig. Yes there is likely to be some bumping about down the front - either accept it or drop back a little bit to calmer areas.
I know some of you might claim you have a right to watch the band without being knocked around if you turn up early and claim your spot at the front but surely by now you realise that this is an oasis gig and not quite how things work. It's manic down the front, always will be and if you don't like it you don't have to move too far back to be able to stand without problems.
Other than that, a great night seemed to be had by all around me.

I agree with supersonic and matty- loved my big mouth - sounded a bit different to the BHN version but was amazing - it was my first oasis gig and thought it would be insane but it was mellower then I thought - roll with it was the maddest for def - but when wonderwall came on it was like lets all sing with it ya know and the rest lets pop our heads
amazing setlist and amazing gig - would of prefered gas panic to be thrown in there but half the world away was fantasic

Don't get why people are surprised no-one knows the words to My Big Mouth really. It's not exactly the most well known song off Be Here Now. I can understand maybe people not knowing what the song is called but I challenge more than 25 people on here to re-cite the lyrics without looking them up.
