I truly disagree. I'm getting tired of Noel's new voice where he thinks he sings beautifully when when he sings quietly and pretty. I much prefer he would belt songs out in the 1997-2000 era. He acts like he has this haunting voice now. Quite annoying.

Yeah, sounds a little less dirge-y when shifted up a key, sounds better than it ever has before!

thats how noels sings these days an i think half the oasis catalogue has been wrote for this style but he changes it to fit the band

hmmm... has anyone else picked up on the fact that the instrumental part that was on the end of the song on the version from the dbtt sessions is now in the middle of the song as a bridge ... very interesting
i think i like it better at the end

I fucking love those songs he'd scream and get intense with..but I think that Noel's lost a bit of that onstage intensity that we used to see. I think everyone can agree that STC is a fucking great song, and awesome no matter how we see it. I personally love Noel when he's singing quietly with an acoustic song, I think its beautiful, but either way its still new Oasis Noel-written material. I'll take it any way. |

IMO my opinion Noel voice is better than ever, and I bet he could sing DLBIA in the Wembley style anytime he wants it... cos' back in 95-98 the live performances for this tune didn't do anything for me...

The sound was too quiet and the gig in general sucked. Partly their fault mostly the fault ofthe venue for various reasons from sound level to no booze allowed on the floor.
