Lets hope the new album washes the awful taste of Empire out of our mouths.

And according to kasabian.co.uk. That's awesome! Really looking forward to it. "Fire" is the first single though, physical release a week before the album drops. Nice one!

apparently promo copies are out... Of the album? Where'd you hear that? I'm hoping for an early leak of this one. It's been too long already, can't wait any longer.

I hate to wish for a leak, especially for a band I really like, but fucking hell they've held it back long enough. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/1258801/images/7QKGdm487eYnX65W8w0g.gif) Speaking to NME.COM about the track - which precedes Kasabian's third album 'West Rider Pauper Lunatic Asylum' - guitarist Serge Pizzorno told NME.COM he is looking forward to seeing people's reactions. "After a few listens people will understand why it's first because it blows the doors off," he said. "I wanted it to have a Beastie Boys and Clash feel." A video for the song, featuring 'The Mighty Boosh''s Noel Fielding and directed by Arctic Monkeys associate Richard Ayoade, also premieres on the site on March 31. Both the download and the video will be available on Kasabian.co.uk at 7:30pm (GMT) on March 31. The download of 'Vlad The Impaler' is available for free until midnight on April 3. If anyone has the new NME, mind putting up some of the interview with Serge?

Nice uploads, the new version of Fire is immense. Wasn't convinced before, but I can definitely see it being the lead single.
