A friend of mine sent me the full track as he works at a radio station and they've had the single for a few weeks now: Simply an amazing song, great lyrics, great sound. .

I Can't hear the birds and the bees
I hope they're down the back of my sofa
Feelin' like a Rollin' Stone
Playing the Guitar on my own
Great song

Terry Kirkbride on the drums btw, so could this have been recorded in the DBTT era? Production doesn't sound like it was.

Terry played drums for Mucky Fingers too didn't he?
Looking at the booklet (DBTT) it says: Mixed by Paul Strangeboy Stacey. Drums by Terry Kirkbride. TSHB is the same. They ARE from the same era

Yeah It's definately a continuation from Mucky Fingers.
Listen to the end of mucky fingers and it's clearly meant to be gaplessley added on so it's from Don't Believe The Truth.
Quite scary that they didn't have any good b sides form this era.

e,mbarrassing for a band who usually once had the best b-sides in popculture

It's a decent b-side, but it's so unfinished! It ends to abruptly, feels like their should be another half to the song!

I think it's a great song personally, could probably have done with another verse or two though.

I usually dont slag off any oasis songs, since most are brilliant. But come on - this song is nowhere near a good oasis song. I guess its a matter of taste.
