Went in the Garden Gate on Saturday night and the barman reckoned Liam was smashed out of his face when he got there, spent most of the afternoon "laying on the floor stroking a dog" and "kept going up to random people and shouting at them" Sounds like a case of Chinese whispers - he looks fine in the photos. This is the second time I've just missed him, he was in Camomille off Haverstock Hill not long ago and left just before me and the missus got there.

Was sat in a beer garden with him for around two hours and can honestly say he's one of the soundest guys you could ever wish to meet.

Give my missus a big hug because she was nervous and said not to worry "cos it's only me".

Talked about the gig and a few other random things including the fact his throat had been hurting him. Top bloke and made a top weekend even greater!

That's brilliant. I met THE SUBWAYS after a gig last week and it was fantastic, too. Charlotte, the bass player had written to me on myspace afterward as well.

I'm wish I could meet one of the brothers one day. Liam seems nice to fans but a stupid one, Noel is a genius but he likes his close friends and that about it.

BTW-
for those who said London is the best city -
well, I've been there for 4 times and I pretty much agree. I've been to more than 10 cities around Europe (big ones) - London and Glasgow were the best. Birmingham and Copenhagen are great, too.
