Two of my favourite songs from this era aren't on the album - Whatever and Half the World Away.

But from the record proper, Supersonic is my #1 pick. That tune is fast becoming my favourite Oasis song and perhaps my favourite guitar track of all time. That chorus is just on another level, and guitars have never sounded so confident and melodic as they do in that outro. Liam on peak form, Noel at his mad lyrical best, and did I mention how good the chorus is? My friend said he'll take you home...

I don't want to battle from beginning to end,
