Most of the first album, for example is about frustration; "I need to get the fuck out of here and I'm running out of time."

I think Be Here Now is about the joy of being in a moment and feeling invincible, tinged with the odd moment of contemplation about what could be forgotten along the way (i.e. Don't Go Away).

Again, whilst I've never said Dig Out Your Soul is a shit CD... apart from I'm Outta Time (Liam will be a great songwriter when he drops the Lennonisms) I can't see much heart and soul.

And yea... I agree that it seems as tho some parts of DOYS lack emotion. Now dont get me wrong, I think the albums great, but most of the songs on DOYS (and HC for that matter) just dont seem as deep and meaningful as anything on the other albums.
