After sitting down to send them another e-mail, I saw that they sent an order confirmation that they had shipped it a couple days ago.... the waiting game continues  |

I got a follow up e-mail to remind me that it can take up to 21 business days to receive it... and that with customs to Canada, it can take another 14 days... SO, "it is best to allow for 4 to 5 weeks for delivery from ship date. If your order does not show up by this time please contact your local Customs Authority, it usually is there waiting for you"
Obviously this is to cover their butts, considering that I have had things delivered across the border many times without a large customs wait, but argh....
too bad there is no Canadian distributor to make this a little easier...

If you think THAT's ridiculous, wait until you hear this...
Ordered the TSOTL box set when it came out, and customs released the CD and 12" to us but DID NOT RELEASE THE ACTUAL BOX and had a note that the "rest" of the shipment was held up at customs. So, they still have my friggin box for my set and this was early last week. I don't know if I'll ever get it now, but I'm MAD AS HELL. Like WTF?!? Is Oasis' single box a threat to national security or what?!?

I got mine today, and I have to say it is MINT. Totally worth the money, they really did a great job on the deluxe set.

I finally got mine today... what a beast of a box set! I like it! The outer box packaging was ridiculously huge, but the inner packaging was quite nice. Whoever filled in the customs papers enjoys to draw hearts rather than dots for her I's. lol I am so happy to have finally got it... even after paying $20 more bucks for duties.. |
