Oasis have claimed one of the fastest first-day sales of the year with their new album Dig Out Your Soul selling nearly 90,000 units during its first day of business.

they are out selling kings of leon by 5:1!

I told u people that they would sell loads as Oasis sales are based on physical sales...unlike the single which is heavly on downloads...

Coldplay sold 125.000 copies of Viva la vida the first day (but it was a Tuesday). If you consider that was hyped as the fookin' album that would've outsold BHN and saved discography...I think DOYS is doing pretty well.
