i'd prefer i'm outta time to ain't got nothing, but i'm not so sure they'd do it live.

well falling down will be 1 of them so i would bump off either bag it up or the turning but otherwise that list looks about right

which means:
shock of the lightning

falling down
and 2 unplayed ones...that isn't that much, is it?

i could see them bumping off Aint Got Nothing and TBWTL and instead put Falling Down and Im Outta Time.

THE TURNING should definitely be played live, as well as a future single, I recon they'll play these;
Shock Of The Lightning
Falling Down
To Be Where There's Life
Ain't Got Nothin'
The Turning
I'm Outta Time OR Bag It Up
Can't really picture them playing any other tracks from the new album live to be honest

Am I the only one who's worried as hell that there are only gonna be six songs from DOYS??? (these mean TSOTL, TBTWL, AGN, FD which are already on the set plus WFTR and IOT played at the rehearsals)....
What I mean is, no Turning or Bag It Up!! this is awful...
In other hand I bet they'll add My Big Mouth, live Forever and Acquiesce, though I heard that liam stated in an interview in Italy that they would play TWO songs from BHN.... don't know if that's true but i would bet in DGA acoustic followed by the already known version of DLBIA....

I'd guess they'll start the show with "Bag It Up". The other 5 will probably be "The Turning", "The Shock of the Lightning", "I'm Out of Time", "Falling Down" and "Ain't Got Nothing".

just because they played TBWTL in Canada doesn't necessarily mean they'll keep it. they may not have been happy with the way it sounded or Liam may not have like singing it (he couldn't remember the words).

I bet they never play The Nature of Reality live. I reckon they will. It's quite heavy and the vocals are quite nasal so it would fit well. Think it's safe to say The Turning will be the other one, along with the four from the Canada gigs. I'm Outta Time is too high pitched, I'd be very surprised if they played that. I don't think Liam can get that high live, it's a good song but in the same mould as Let There Be Love. Wouldn't be surprised if The Masterplan is cut from the setlist either to be honest, it's much of a muchness live and if Noel isn't 100%... It's the only Noel song they can cut as everybody expects to hear The Importance of Being Idle. |

just read on the clash magazine interview that I'm Outta Time is being added a long with My Big Mouth, Live Forever and Acquiesce are not being played sources: radio interview the other day with that ex-mtv prick and clash mag i-view Are you saying that IOT is being added to the setlist? And MBM, LF, and Acquiesce are not being played? Or what? Try to type with more clarity next time . . . |
