Create a Fileden account and upload the MP3. Once you have it uploaded copy the URL to the song file

Then create a Project Playlist account and add the link from file den to your playlist. There should be an option to get the myspace code somewhere there. Then just go to edit your myspace profile and add the code it gives you. (I put the code in the music section on my profile)

I haven't searched but you may be able to avoid the Fileden part as somebody has probably already put the song up on Project Playlist and you can just search for that link (mine won't show up though cause I always disable the upload feature)
