Well the actual words are:

I'm standing alone
I'm watching you all
I'm seeing you sinking
I'm standing alone
you're weighing the gold
I'm watching you sinking

Yeah, I can hear it, I think it's also similar to the Roses One Love when Brown sings "I'm no dog I'm a dolphin" which the Roses obviously recycled from the vocal melody of Fool's Gold.

Of course he did, yeh, I'd completely forgotten about that. He said it was "like The Stooges doing Fool's Gold" - a pretty good summary of The Turning. I also notice that there's a line in the song which says "I'll carry the lantern/ you bury the gold" - which could be another deliberate reference to Fool's Gold.
