It sounds exactly like Get On your high heel sneakers Yes, yes it does. The Stones and Led Zep always adapted blues standards though. It's part of being a rock band.

It sounds exactly like Get On your high heel sneakers Wow. He's practically covered it, that's ridiculous. Starting to get fed up with the shameless plagiarism.

You can sing along to it with the lyrics to HI HEEL SNEAKERS (which, by the way, sounds suspiciously like the SESAME STREET THEME).
Mash up time; HI HORSE SNEAKERS ON SESAME STREET.

Yeah its a standard blues melody. There's a ton of songs that sound like that.

I too agree. Standard blues. When you put out a blues song it's not about the arrangement, it's about the production and/or lyrics. I like both in "High Horse" so I'm loving the song!

Hi-Heel Sneakers has been played in various ways by artists since 64. So he took it, oh well, he has made a career out of doing this, at list its a good freakin song. Hate to quote wiki, but here... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hi-Heel_Sneakers

The outro reminds me of Chili Peppers 'Scare Tissue'. The piano sounds a bit like their guitar riff. Pure coincidence though.

I really liked this song, on first listen to the album. Discovering it's SUCH a blatant rip-off does spoil it a bit.
