Yeah, they have to decide to press charges I think. Has anyone ever sued a leaker other than Axl Rose though? I dunno if it would even stand up in court...
Every album leaks though and how often do we hear about arrests over it?

I don't think the label will care. Every album leaks and if anything, this is a late one. I can't see sales being affected at all.
