havent listened to each track thru to its end...but on first glance...easily the best since BHN. Tracks 1-8, and 10 are great (havent listened to Soldier On yet). As predicted...TBWTL and AGN kinda dont stand up to these other tracks

Holy fuck, this album is HUGE. Their 3rd best easily
2 poor songs (AGN, NOR), 1 average song (GOTHHL), and 8 quality tunes.....no complaints here
Special mention goes to the Turning and I'm Outta Time - especially the latter - fucking hell Liam wrote an epic beauty!

bag it up kicks ass..best opener since (insert whatever the fuck)....and umm..i'm outta time is a great song but it doesn't have the mega quality that a noel anthem does....i'm sure lots will disagree...oh..and i'm also not gonna like hearing it on the local "easy" rock radio station....but all in all fucking great album!

The Turning is my favorite Oasis song since the nineties, methinks.
I love the A side, the B side a little less. I'm not big on Soldier On and TNOR.

If this was an Andy Bell single effort, prople would (rightly) shit on it. But since it's "Oasis", they are doing their best to convince thmemselves that it's a good song. |
