hottle wate bottle or electric blanket? Do you say your prayers? I do a decade of the rosary and what not!Do you wake up always in the middle of the night?Ever wear a dressing gown in bed? What about socks? When you're in bed do you sometimes pull the quilt over your head and pretend you are in the trenches? Is your bed a double or single, how many pillows do you require for your sleeping experience? I'm a double bed and 3 pillows

I like a tossing and turning to be honest before i sleep. September seems to be a month for sleeping on the right side though.
