In the long thin box towards the top of the forum, click on the button marked 'Profile' - then, on the following page, the link 'Modify Profile'. Then scroll down to the subheading 'Personal Information' and the box titled 'Personal Text'. Once you've done that scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button 'Modify Profile'.
And then you're done.
