Liam's voice hasn't been this pleasant since 'Giants'. It seems the boys have given Kermit the frog some time off and the old Liam was allowed to return.
I still don't hold out any hope for the album as a whole though. Falling Down is just weak.

From what I've heard from the ppl who've heard the album you will probably enjoy the first 4 songs, apparently the Turning and The Nature of Reality are in a similar vain to TSOTL but better. |

Awesome. I'm expecting Noel's songs to be great. I have no such expectations for the scrubs songs. you willing to give em a chance tho? cuz George Harrison was originally a scrub, and later released some of the Beatles best song. Just saying that its worth giving Liam, Gem, and Andy's songs a chance... theyve been writing songs for years and are capable of writing good songs. Just because you didnt like their songs on the last 2 albums doesnt mean you wont like these ones. Just recommending an open mind  |

I give Liam a chance, Im expecting good things from Im outta time but Ive a feeling Soldier On is going to be a non event. We are all going to be pining for a full on over the top Record Machine in there instead of it. Im sorry but I dont hold out much hope for Andy Gems songs.
