OK...I am nervous. There are reports of Waiting for the Rapture being a "refined" Force of Nature...Damn. That is 3 records in a row with a FON type tune...FON = Mucky FIngers = WFTR.
Not sure why Noel puts these plodders on the albums. This is also concerning as we all want this records to either be #3 or 4th best. For me there will never be an Oasis disc better then the first 3. So if its 4th awesome. However, Not convinced. I like Falling Down, but given I got The Verve's Forth the same day, I must say, I am drawn to Forth more.
I bet that DOYS is slightly better than HC and DBTT. Great lead single, good slow tune a couple of belters and some other tunes that I won't listen to much.
Really suprised that someone suggested it reminds them of FON...

nothing on DBTT sounded like force of nature. it's not gonna sound like FON, because force of nature is shit.

You know what's funny? Both tracks (MF & FON) were the only tracks on their albums that were just the demos. Had FON been sung by Liam and been produced better, it could have been a lot better... and I think quality-wise, Mucky Fingers is a fantastic song, but the production is awful and makes it hard to listen to... the vocal hooks are genius. Hopefully there are no demos on this record.
Oh, and when HC came out I was appalled by FON, but when I saw them play it live that tour in Las Vegas, it blew my mind.

I like Mucky Fingers...great tune. Force of Nature is an ok song, but the production really spoils it for me.
