I'd be massively disappointed. I'm expecting it to be a great album, despite the lack of 'proof' that it will be. I suppose I'll be happy with it being better than DBTT, though.

you buy it, you talk shit about it, you go see em live and sing your heart out anyways. Then you wait for the next one.

There's Oasis 'shit', and there's conventional 'shit'.
Two completely different things.

There's Oasis 'shit', and there's conventional 'shit'. Two completely different things. Correct, even if it's absolutley amazing, I'm sure people will think "Shit compared to Definately Maybe". So...

If I dont enjoy the album... I'll prolly have given up on Oasis ever releasing another "Great" record again.
Seriously... this one is do or die for Oasis. And Im starting to get a bit worried about the quality of DYOS to tell the truth. After the disappointment of Heathen Chemistry, I thought that they took a step in the right direction with DBTT, but if this album sucks... then Id say they're back to square 1.
But yea... idk... the fact that theyre releasing a remix as a Bside is a bit concerning for me. And the mini-reviews that we've seen recently havent exactly been 5 star reviews. So yea... Im a bit worried this albums gonna be disappointing. I realllllly hope Im wrong though.
If TSOTL blows my mind away though... then my concerns will disappear and I wont worry about the quality of DYOS.

If it's TSOTL you refering too, I wouldn't get upset if it's shite. The lead singles off the last three albums have been no where near the best on the albums.

you'll probably hear them live and learn to love it, just like many people did with DBTT -which I, personally, don't consider shit-

Then it's shit.
Falling Down is a fine indicator that I'll be enjoying it though.

TSOTL could be the worst song on the album, because its the most, "Oasisy" song on it. It seems people are tired of that...
