What is the best performance of "Cigarettes & Alcohol"? A song played in possibly every gig.
Mine is "Jools Holland 2000". Everything about that performance was perfect for me. Liam's vocal was a perfect blend of the angelic times of 94-96 and the vocals he has adopted of late. Noel solo at the end was perfection and you can clearly see everyone in the band was enjoying it.
So whats yours?

I'm not sure it's my favourite, but I always liked the one from 10 Years Of Noise & Confusion.
It's frenetic.

There is no way in hell that any Oasis song from 2000 or before could possibly be perfermed better after 2000, since Liams voice turned into shite after that.

familiar to millions. the intro, noel on the speakers, the sound, whole lotta love. perfection. I have absolutely no doubt about this one... FM is amazing, and this version of CA is just brilliant... Liam's voice, Noel's backing vocals (I don't know why he sopped doing it) and the Whole Lotta Love part...wow....

Yeah I agree with you there. Why did Noel stop doing the backing vocals on C&A?!?...

Has to be the version from Familiar To Millions. It's the epitome of rock 'n' roll.
Also arguably Oasis' finest ever live performance (that's the concert on the whole). Fucking amazing versions of Supersonic, Don't Look Back In Anger, Live Forever, Champagne Supernova - and so on, and so on.

Amazing I could swear that there was 4 liams up there.

Earl's court in 95 (from There and Then DVD) is pretty amazing. Supersonic/Champagne Supernova are untouchable.

I hate how critics gave it bad reviews that album sounds amazing. everyone singing, big loud guitars, liam's vocals. It wasn't the best time period in the band ( noel quitting on the tour, new band members )but they sounded fucking top.
